Our Eye Doctors
Dr. Kline attended Brandeis University and the New England College of Optometry and earned his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry with diplomate status in both Academy sections of Low Vision and Contact Lenses.
Dr. Kline is certified in corneal refractive therapy. He has served as chairman of the Contact Lens Committee for the Connecticut Optometric Association, chairman of the Low Vision Practical Examination commitee of the American Academy of Optometry and as clinical instructor of the teaching faculty in the Yale Department of Ophthalmology, Yale University School of Medicine.
Dr. Kline's wife Nancy, APRN, previously served at the VA primary care clinic. They enjoy their four wonderful children and six beautiful grandchildren. The couple reside in Woodbridge. When he is not practicing optometry, Dr. Kline enjoys yoga and singing.
Dr. Gelinas Busha is a Connecticut native, graduating from South Windsor High School. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She received her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She completed her residency training at the Veteran's Affairs Medical Center in Newington, CT.
Dr. Catherine Gelinas Busha is an active member of the American Academy of Optometry, American Optometric Association, and the Connecticut Association of Optometrists.
In her spare time, Catherine enjoys playing ice hockey, running, and triathlons.
Dr. Marciano is a Prospect native, who attended the local schools, and he has practiced in town for over twenty years. After graduating from Fordham University, he received his Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry in New York. Dr. Marciano completed his clinical training Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Newington, CT, and at Capital Eye Associates in Fairfax, VA. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the CT Association of Optometrists.
Dr. Marciano is a proud member of the Knights of Columbus and he regularly teaches liturgy to children at his church. He currently resides in Southbury with his two children Emily and Tom. Dr. Marciano enjoys playing piano, volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America, and cruising in his Corvette.
Dr. Matthew Dombrow received his undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University. He then attended the Albert Einstein College of Medicine as a Golding Scholar. His ophthalmology residency training was completed at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he was named Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Dombrow finally went on to complete a medical and surgical vitreoretinal fellowship here in Connecticut at Yale University.
Dr. Matthew Dambrow currently retains hospital privileges at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Bridgeport Hospital, and MidState Medical Center. He currently operates as an attending surgeon at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He also volunteers retina attending at the Cornell Scott Hill Health Center working with the Yale ophthalmology residents.
